Here’s why your Redotpay APP may show payment failure and what to check:
- Ensure your available balance is adequate. Navigate to Card > Available to Spend to verify.
- Confirm if the currency with a balance is selected for payment. Go to Settings > Payment Settings > Payment Priority Order to check.
- Check if you’ve set a single transaction limit for the card. Access Card > Limits to review and adjust if necessary.
- If the balance is sufficient and no payment restrictions exist, attempt binding the card with another merchant.
- If issues persist, verify your identity information as it may be the cause of the problem.
