  1. Ensure your available balance is adequate. Navigate to Card > Available to Spend to verify.
  2. Confirm if the currency with a balance is selected for payment. Go to Settings > Payment Settings > Payment Priority Order to check.
  3. Check if you’ve set a single transaction limit for the card. Access Card > Limits to review and adjust if necessary.
  4. If the balance is sufficient and no payment restrictions exist, attempt binding the card with another merchant.
  5. If issues persist, verify your identity information as it may be the cause of the problem.
