What are the available RedotPay promo codes?

Currently, there are two main promo codes: DW20OFF for Virtual Cards and DW2025 for Physical Cards. Each code provides a 20% discount.

Can I use a promo code more than once?

Each promo code can be used only once per account. Using the wrong code for the wrong card type will not apply the discount.

Does the promo code reduce transaction fees?

No. The 20% discount applies only to the card issuance fee. All ongoing transaction fees and service charges remain standard.

Is it safe to use RedotPay Card internationally?

Yes. Both Virtual and Physical Cards are secure and can be used globally for online payments. Physical Cards can also be used in-store and at ATMs.

Can I use the $5 registration bonus to pay for the card fee?

No. The $5 registration bonus is for transaction spending only and cannot be used to deduct the card issuance fee. You need a sufficient balance to order.

What is the difference between a Referral Code and a Promo Code?

A Referral Code (e.g., TIMBE) is entered during Account Registration to get the $5 bonus. A Promo Code is entered during Card Ordering to get the 20% discount.

Why is my promo code not working at checkout?

Common reasons include: 1. Card type mismatch; 2. Extra spaces when copying; 3. The code has reached its maximum usage limit; 4. Your app is not updated to the latest version.

Does the registration $5 bonus have an expiration date?

Yes. The $5 welcome reward is typically valid for 30 days from the date of registration. If not used for a transaction within this period, it will expire automatically.

Are there any monthly or annual maintenance fees?

No. RedotPay cards do not have monthly or annual fees. You only pay the initial issuance fee, and then it is free to maintain.
