What a promo code does not change
- Top-up and deposit fees
- Currency conversion when you pay in a currency other than USD
- Per-transaction fees, if any apply to your card
- ATM withdrawal fees on the physical card
Those are published by RedotPay in the app and on redotpay.com. We deliberately do not copy them here: fee schedules change, and a stale number on a third-party page is worse than a link to the live one.
The $5 welcome reward is not a fee discount
If you registered with a referral code, you receive $5 of spending credit after verification. It expires after 30 days and cannot be used to pay the issuance fee. Treat it as a bonus on your first purchases, not as money off the card. How the referral code works →

Frequently asked questions
Does a promo code reduce transaction or top-up fees?
No. Every code we have seen applies only to the one-time card issuance fee. Ongoing fees are set by RedotPay and are not affected by codes.
Is the issuance fee charged again every year?
The issuance fee is a one-time charge when the card is ordered. Check the fee schedule in the app for any recurring fees that apply in your country.
What currency are fees charged in?
Card fees are quoted in US dollars and paid from your RedotPay balance.

In the RedotPay app and on redotpay.com. We only reproduce the numbers we can keep current, which is why this page focuses on the issuance fee.
